Mental Health Morning Routine
Oh Mornings, they can be the most difficult times in the day. Especially if you struggle with your mental health. However, we can conqueror mornings and even make them something to look forward to with my mental health morning routine. I’m not going to tell you my morning routine is perfect, I don’t exercise everyday or get up at a good time but I do little things that help make everyday feel a little bit better and help me concentrate on my plans for the day. I’m currently not working due to my depression so my mornings tend to be very relaxed and I also tend to take my time. If you’re working and don’t have time for a relaxed morning routine then I would recommend trying this on a weekend or simplifying it for a working morning.
Happiness. Were all searching for it, maybe some of us have found it. I know I’m currently finding mine. Life can get quite stressful and straining but that doesn’t mean we can’t all be happy. The four points listed below are extremely beneficial habits to incorporate into your life if you are searching for your own little bit of pleasure!

There are only a couple of products I use everyday to help with depression (Bach’s rescue remedy and lavender oil) but they are the most amazing products ever. I’m talking about little things you can carry around all day in case you get into a panic. These two products are only small and light, they can both probably fit in one pocket so there’s no hassle of routing through a bag.
